WHAT WE DO.

Our company supplies tools used to manufacture medical devices and other small plastic tools.

With more than 25 years experience in automation of medical device processes, we can design and build equipment to do almost any process. We provide turn-key solutions to your device manufacturing problems.


Our main products are air heaters used to build minimally-invasive surgical instruments. Our nozzles are efficient and ergonomic.


We also develop ergonomic, efficient, reliable, and repeatable processes and tooling. Our custom processes and fixtures can help transition products from prototype assembly to full-scale manufacturing. Let us develop your process, and let your R&D develop your products.

LAURA SCHUETTE | DON BLISS | TARA SPARKMAN

Don Bliss invented and started this business in 1995. The business is ran and operated by 2 women, Tara Sparkman and Laura Schuette. Tara joined Don in the business in 1999. She was a single mother and raised her 2 sets of twins while working for the company. Laura joined the business in 2016. She was also a single mother who raised her 3 daughters. 


We're passionate about customer service, excellent quality, and we stand behind our work, systems, and products.
